Advantage Kisan Pump Shield
It is a comprehensive cover, covering loss of or damage to pumpsets due to fire & allied perils including riot, strike, malicious damage, terrorism, storm, cyclone and flood & inundation.
It also covers loss of pumpset by burglary.
The unique advantage is the reimbursement of actual expenses incurred due to mechanical/electrical breakdown including coil burn.
Premium:
Attractive premium rates at 2% on the sum insured.
Policy benefits
In case damage to an insured item can be repaired, the company will pay the expenses necessarily incurred to restore the damaged machine to its former state of serviceability.
In case of total loss, claims will be paid subject to depreciation of 5% per year. Maximum depreciation would be 50% of erection value.
Royal Sundaram will make payments on production of necessary bills and documents to confirm that the repairs have been effected or replacements have taken place, as the case may be.
